Can someone give me an exact price of a full blower rebuild from Magnuson?
Is there any special parts that they could put in the blower when it gets rebuilt to give it better efficiency?

Mine is on its way to Moss Motors now, who will then send it out to Magnuson. They estimated around $600 to rebuild (if mine is still salvagable) as opposed to around $1,300 for a new blower. Keith at Moss Motors mentioned some thing about recoating the inside of the housing. The oil in the nose drive needs to be replaced periodically also, which you can buy directly from Magnuson.

Yeah, the fucking nose drive is what's leaking on my blower. I have another blower to send to them, I just wanted to get an exact price on it. I didn't know you where suppose to change the oil in the blower though!

Your not, your blower has appx. 15,000 miles if THAT on it...you have another 85,000 miles before a refurbish. Your belts have been too tight or something, not the blowers fault.
